Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is based on Gooten’s product and order support policy. All claims requesting reprints, refunds, returns, or any other issues must be submitted within 4 weeks (30 days) of receiving your order or your expected delivery date.

Important Gooten Return Policy Information

As we work with Gooten for fulfillment of our posters:

  • Gooten does not accept returned orders as a standard policy
  • We cannot offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products
  • All posters are custom printed when you order them
  • Returns are only considered for manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products

Reprint & Refund Eligibility

We can offer reprints and refunds in specific circumstances. Photo evidence is required when submitting a reprint or refund request.

When we cover the Reprint/Refund cost:

  • Manufacturing issues with your poster
  • If your poster arrives broken or damaged in the mail
  • If you receive the wrong poster design
  • If your order is lost in transit (and the shipping address was correct)
  • If the actual shipping time exceeds the expected shipping timeframe

When we don’t cover the Reprint/Refund cost:

  • If you don’t like the product printed according to our manufacturer’s standards
  • If there were mistakes in your design submission (wrong image, incorrect placement)
  • If the order is still within the specified maximum production and shipping times
  • If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package
  • If your order is lost in transit and requires an address change for the reprint

Lost in Transit

A package is considered lost in transit when it doesn’t arrive at the provided shipping address within the maximum shipping timeframe. Please note:

  • Standard shipping carriers don’t always provide “Delivered” status updates
  • We can only honor refund requests if the shipping time has exceeded the general shipping timeframe
  • We cannot take responsibility for orders marked as “delivered” but reported as not received

Shipping Returns

In the rare case that a return is authorized:

  • The return shipping address will be provided in your return authorization
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Cancellations and Address Changes

  • We cannot make cancellations or address changes after your order has reached production
  • Production typically begins within 24 hours of order submission
  • Orders with address issues left unresolved for 45 days will be automatically canceled
